Ralph & Russo sits at the pinnacle of haute couture, and their packaging needed to reflect exactly that. A tactile, considered, and cohesive suite of materials that would speak to the brand's values from the moment a customer received their purchase. The brief was clear: design a complete set of luxury packaging standards, built around a refined colour palette and precise sizing to accommodate the full product range, from accessories and shoes through to bespoke haute couture garments.
As art director and the project manager, I was responsible for every aspect of the brief from concept through to delivery. This meant designing each packaging component, advising on materials, finishes, and colour standards, and building strong working partnerships with specialist packaging suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency demanded by a brand at this level.
The result was a complete, globally rolled-out packaging identity, deployed across all Ralph & Russo boutiques worldwide and stocked in luxury retail destinations including Harrods. Every product line, every touchpoint, held to the same exacting standard, a quietly luxurious unboxing experience worthy of one of fashion's most celebrated houses.
